According to “Charity Law of the People’s Republic of China” Article 38.
Charitable organizations that accept donations shall issue to the donors a donation receipt uniformly printed by or printed under the supervision of the finance departments.
Sichuan Green Foundation promises to issue a receipt to each donation.

2018年4月13日，经过省财政、省国税、省地税对四川省绿化基金会（SGF）公益慈善性质、资金使用情况、财务审计报告等材料的联合审查，我们获得了非营利组织免税资格，有效期为2017至2021年度。
